Payment Policy
Full Payment Required
All orders require 100% full payment before processing or supply.

Payment validates your order and confirms stock reservation.

Special Orders
For custom or special requests, we accept a 70% upfront payment, with the remaining 30% due before final dispatch.

Uncommon product sizes or colors

Reserved future deliveries

Delivery Timeline
Lagos Deliveries
Standard delivery within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Deliveries are made to the ground floor or gate level of the provided address.

Deliveries Outside Lagos
Nationwide delivery within 3 to 5 working days depending on location and logistics access.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery across Nigeria.

Important Notes
We do not accept Pay on Delivery (POD).

Delivery arrangements begin only after full or initial payment is confirmed.

Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.

For customers who want to view physical samples, we offer sample delivery to your home or site location, upon request.
