These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, payments, and deliveries made through Zanos NG. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Payment Terms

Full Payment:
All standard orders require 100% full payment before processing and delivery. No order will be processed without confirmed payment.

Special Orders & Custom Requests:
For special, customized, or large-volume orders, a 70% upfront payment is required. The remaining 30% balance must be paid before final delivery.

Accepted Payment Method:

Bank Transfer Only

No Pay on Delivery:
Zanos NG does not offer Pay on Delivery (POD) under any circumstances.

2. Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified.

Processing is subject to availability of stock at the time of confirmation.

3. Delivery Terms

Within Lagos:
Delivery is completed within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Outside Lagos:
Nationwide delivery is available within 3 to 5 working days, depending on location.

Delivery Point:
Items are delivered to the ground floor or gate level of the provided address. Movement of items into the building or upstairs is the customer’s responsibility.

Free Delivery Offer:
Orders above ₦15,000,000 qualify for free nationwide delivery.
For orders below ₦15,000,000, we offer the most affordable and reliable delivery options to your location.

4. Product Inspection & Claims

Customers must inspect items at the point of delivery.

Any complaint or claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Once tiles are installed, Zanos NG will not accept any claims regarding shade, size, pattern, or texture as installation implies acceptance of the goods.

5. Product Samples

Zanos NG offers customers the option to request tile samples delivered to their home or project site. This allows you to assess the look, feel, and quality of our products before making a full purchase.

Sample Request: To request samples, please call +234 802 980 7897 or email sales@zanos.ng. Once your request is confirmed, we will send pictures of the samples via WhatsApp or email, and if needed, deliver the physical samples to your location.

Sample Return: All samples must be returned after inspection or paid for in full.

Delivery Charges: Depending on your location, charges may apply for sample delivery.

Right to Decline: We reserve the right to decline any sample request or to require that samples be purchased before delivery.

6. Website Content Disclaimer

All descriptive text, images, specifications, and other content on our website are provided for the purpose of offering an approximate representation of our products. While we strive for accuracy, all specifications—whether provided on our website, by phone, or in person—should be treated as general guides only.

Customers are strongly encouraged to seek professional technical advice before making purchasing decisions or commencing any installation work. We do our best to ensure all product descriptions are correct but cannot be held liable for inaccuracies that may arise.

7. Natural Products

Some of our tiles are made from natural stone. These products naturally vary in color, texture, and size. Such tiles must be sealed before and after grouting, and may require ongoing maintenance.

8. Tile Shading & Calibre (Size) Variations

Tiles are produced from natural materials and fired at very high temperatures (up to 1400ºC). As a result, slight differences in shade and size can occur between batches due to factors like clay moisture content or factory weather conditions.

Tiles from the same production run are grouped by shade number and calibre code.

We aim to deliver your order in one consistent shade and calibre, but it is ultimately the installer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of tiles before installation.

Calibre tolerance of up to ±1.2% is allowed under International Tile Standard.

If you are unsatisfied with the shade, size, pattern, or finish, we offer an exchange or refund within 24 hours of delivery. (Note: Delivery & collection charges may apply.)

No returns or claims can be accepted after installation, as fixing the tiles constitutes acceptance.

9. Using Our Website

We reserve the right to update product details, prices, delivery charges, or website content at any time without notice.

Use of our website and purchases are subject to the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of your visit or transaction.

All website design, text, graphics, and software are protected by copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published in any form without our permission.

Commercial use of any website content without consent is strictly prohibited.
